RoomLab update with regards to operations during COVID 19 crisis
We’ve been so fortunate that we have been able to run our business remotely through our online platform and help many of you create beautiful spaces. We’re immensely proud of our work and we love what we do.
When this crisis started we thought our remote expertise meant that we would be well-armed to weather the storm and continue to produce our great designs of which we are so proud, and to source the best furniture for you.
However the time has come where our health and the safety of those closest to us becomes paramount. Following recent government advice, we have made the considered decision to cease all delivery and installation services until advised otherwise.
We can also no longer work on new designs as sadly our furniture supply chains have become increasingly disrupted by the pandemic with lead times and availability becoming unpredictable.
We continue to work on existing designs and be in close contact with all our suppliers. If you are currently mid project or expecting a delivery you will be contacted by one of our team to discuss next steps.
We look forward to welcoming you back with open arms on the other side and helping you to design your spaces and find the very best furniture.
